Unlike many other bus carriers, Academy Bus has a good website and documentation for their bus routes, but no actual maps, so they are listed here.
These maps aren't done. I have them up, but I haven't double checked them, so I gaurantee the ones I have right now aren't exactly right just yet. Check back in a while and they will be more accurate. As of right now at least you have an idea.

Shore Points / Garden State Parkway (To Port Authority) Servicing: Point Pleasant, Manasquan, Sea Girt, Spring Lake, Belmar, Avon, Bradley Beach, Ocean Grove, Asbury Park, Deal, West End, Long Branch, Oceanport, Eatontown, Tinton Falls, Shrewsbury, Red Bank, and Lincroft.
Parkway to Wall Street: Brick, Holmdel, Jersey City, Lincroft, Sayreville, Toms River, Wall Twp
Manchester, Lakehurst & Jackson: Lakehurst, Manchester, Jackson, Wall Township, Lincroft, Holmdel, Sayreville
