Suburban Transit is a primary lifeline for commuters traveling between Central New Jersey and New York City. Operating primarily out of Middlesex and Somerset Counties, these buses cater to professionals and travelers who need a direct shot into the city without the complexity of multiple train transfers.

Direct Lines to NYC
Suburban Transit focuses its NYC service on two main destination hubs, ensuring riders can get as close to their final office location as possible:

The Midtown Run (Route 100): These buses terminate at the Port Authority Bus Terminal (PABT). This is the go-to line for anyone working in Times Square, Hell’s Kitchen, or the Theater District.

The Wall Street / Downtown Run (Route 600): A specialized commuter service that bypasses Midtown and heads straight for Lower Manhattan. These buses service the Financial District, making stops along Broadway, Church Street, and near the World Trade Center site.

By focusing on these specific corridors, Suburban Transit provides a streamlined alternative to NJ Transit rail, often dropping passengers closer to their actual Manhattan destinations.
